MEET THE TEAM

  • BRIAN

    Executive Director

Brian founded The Transformation Center in early 2015. His passion from the beginning has been to provide a “tool box” of compassionate faith-based programs that would help the community overcome the obstacles of poverty, addiction, poor education, unemployment and social injustice. After connecting the struggle of unemployment to those that have previously been incarcerated, Brian began the journey of envisioning TC Prints. His favorite part of TC Prints is seeing our team discover the support and hope needed to overcome some of life's most challenging obstacles.

  • MALLORY

    Director

Mallory, the Director of Operations for the Transformation Center, had a dream of a social enterprise that would be committed to employing members of our community that were previously incarcerated. Through determination, grit and hard work, she was able to see TC Prints come into fruition in January 2021. Mallory’s favorite part of TC Prints is watching the team learn and develop new skills.

  • REDS

    Production Manager

Reds is from Southwest Baltimore (Pratt and Monroe to be exact). Starting at the age of fifteen, Reds began experimenting with heroin and cocaine. This led to a twenty-five year cycle of addiction, prison and rehab. It wasn’t until he attended Streetlite Christian Fellowship eighteen years ago that he experienced true healing through a relationship with Jesus. Reds is now celebrating eighteen years of sobriety. Even though his life has not been easy these past eighteen years, he lives to serve others and gives God the glory for everything. Reds provides mentorship for individuals on our team. In fact, his favorite part of the job is working alongside and mentoring our Production Specialist, Dre.

  • DRE

    Production Specialist

Dre grew up all around the city of Baltimore. Several years ago, he started attending our afterschool program, TC Kids, at The Transformation Center. His involvement in our programs led to our team developing a relationship with him over the years. He is a big classic scary movie fan and loves gaming, reading, and working out. So far, Dre's favorite part about working at TC Prints is that it doesn't feel like a job but rather like a family working together to complete their goals. Dre makes us better and we are thankful he is a part of our team!

  • KIM

    Marketing and Sales

If you place an order or submit an inquiry for printing, you will likely talk with Kim. Because of past trauma and her own mental health struggles, Kim is passionate about ensuring that everyone feels seen, loved and valued. Her favorite part of working with TC Prints is helping our customers see the impact that their purchase has on the lives of her team.

  • RANDY

    Finance and Billing Volunteer

Randy serves with TC Prints because he believes in the mission of The Transformation Center and wants to be a part of it! He helps with invoicing, expenses and record keeping. His favorite of TC Prints is that it provides a practical way of giving individuals both job training and experience.
